Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Camera

  Carefully place the Paper Shoot camera, case, and all included accessories back into the original eco-friendly packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your package back to our distribution center for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
